Submit Problem Report

Use the following form to submit a problem report to the TOTAL Software Technical Support Department.  Before submitting a report, please confirm the following:

• Have you checked the download site to be sure you are running the latest release of the software?
  

• Have you checked the D/PAC Discussion Board to see if the problem has been reported before, or if there are suggestions for a work-around?
  
• Have you checked the documentation updates to see if the problem has been solved by the latest release?

If the problem is not solved by the latest release, and you see no discussion in the on-line discussion forum, then please complete this form and submit it to TOTAL Software.

It is imporant to describe the problem as completely as possible. When describing, think along the following lines:

1. This this problem just occur? In other words, were things were just fine and all of a sudden.....?
   

2. If so, what changed (with D/PAC, with Windows, with Novell, with hardware, etc.)?
   
3. Did this problem occur as the result of an upgrade of some Signature Systems product? If so, what was the original version, and what version did you upgrade to?
   
4. Is there a specific event that causes the problem to happen?

Remember, it is important be as specific as possible.
